About Skillbook

A leadership coaching and transformation firm built on reflective practice and systemic awareness.

Our Philosophy

Skillbook Consulting exists at the intersection of human insight and organizational impact. We believe that resilient organizations depend on resilient leaders—leaders who can think clearly under pressure, lead with emotional intelligence, and create cultures where people can do their best work.

Our approach is rooted in inquiry and reflection rather than prescription. We don’t hand you a playbook; we help you build your own—through coaching, development programs, and advisory work that is tailored to your context and goals.

With over 17 years in global leadership development and coaching, Bhavna works with senior leaders and teams on reflective, systemic leadership. Her work spans executive and leadership coaching, leadership development programs, and consulting on culture and talent. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and brings a quiet-leadership lens to her practice: inquiry over instruction, reflection over prescription, dialogue over direction.

Our Values

The principles that guide how we work—with you and with each other.

W – Wisdom in practice

We bring evidence and experience to every engagement, while staying curious and open to what we don’t yet know.

I – Integrity

We work in confidence, with honesty and respect. We say what we mean and do what we say.

N – Nuance

We resist one-size-fits-all solutions. Context, culture, and individual difference shape our approach.

G – Growth

We are committed to our own learning and to creating conditions for yours—sustainable change, not quick fixes.

S – Systemic awareness

We see leaders and organizations as part of larger systems. We work with that complexity, not against it.
